PuchiLicious LLC dba PuchiBag, formerly known as "PuchiBag" (rhymes with Gucci Bag) was founded in 1999 to produce pet carriers and accessories that are functional, fashionable and fabulous. Designed to give the fashion-conscious pet owner a viable alternative to the standard pet carrier. The collection has been expanded to include pet jewelry, backpacks and the first Puchipak (fanny pack) designed for the itty-bitty pooch or feline pet. Fabrics and styles change seasonally, along with the trends, but our standard styles will be available year-round. The one thing that won't ever change is the ability of our luxury high-end carriers to turn heads!

Our Story
PuchiLicious LLC dba PuchiBag formerly known as "PuchiBag" was founded in 1999. The founders conceptualized bringing both fashion and furry friends together. Since its inception, the line has been sold to over 1000 stores internationally, domestically and appeared in the MGM feature film “Legally Blonde”, numerous publications (including InStyle, US Weekly, Vogue, Marie Claire and The New York Times) and has a long list of celebrity fans (see our News and Media page for more details).
Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
PuchiLicious policy is to ship most orders within 7 business days on average for in-stock merchandise. For those few instances when ordering non-stock items, expect delivery within 10 business days. However, please note that orders may take up to 14 business days for delivery. For an additional charge, many items may be shipped via express overnight or 2-day service, if noted in the order.
For your protection, items shipped directly from PuchiLicious to most U.S. destinations are shipped via UPS, FedEx and USPS. All shipments require signature upon delivery. For any and all home deliveries a signature will also be required. If someone will not be at your shipping location to sign for your package, we suggest you have your package shipped to your workplace or any location where someone can sign for the package. If you authorize PuchiLicious to leave your package without a signature, please note this in the "Message" area at the end of the order. However, please know that PuchiLicious will not be held liable if the package is left without a signature and subsequently becomes lost, damaged or stolen.
Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses are sent via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, and may take additional time for delivery.
Most international orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Express or Global Priority and will usually arrive within our standard two-week delivery time, but may occasionally take additional delivery days. Please note customers are responsible for any customs charges, taxes or duties which are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery. When ordering from outside the U.S., please be sure to include your complete ship-to address, phone number, and email address.

RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products and Covid, mask & bandanas are final sales. PuchiLicious will only accept returns for all other items on a case by case basis. An exchange or store credit will be offered only if the item is unused, in good condition, and returned to PuchiLicious within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on any and all exchanges. For any other issues, customers must contact PuchiLicious directly and it will be handled once again on a case-by-case basis. There are NO REFUNDS. We will not credit or exchange any item that is used or damaged by the customer. All sales are final.

We are happy to deliver to almost any location, including APO addresses and international destinations. Please note that additional charges may apply to international deliveries.

5. Any tips if I plan to travel with my pooch?
While PuchiBags were not initially created for airplane travel we have taken them all over the world with no problems. Each airline has their own requirements but the three things they care about most are:
1. The dog/cat cannot jump out;
2. The bag is properly ventilated;
3. The bag fits under the seat.
As many of our bags meet those three requirements, the airlines have never complained.
6. What size PuchiBag should I buy? What are the dimensions of the various bags?
While size does matter....it is really the weight and the dimensions of the dog that determines the optimum bag size.
The bags can hold more than what we state but we lean on the side of caution. Here are some basic weight size guidelines:
Sassy Bag:
Small: 15L x 7W x 8H: Holds up to 10 lbs
Large: 17L x 7W x 8H: Holds up to 15 lbs
Pied-A-Terre:
33" Circumference: Holds up to 10 lbs
The Donut:
15" Circumference: Holds up to 10 lbs
All PuchiBags come with an elasticized safety cord that we suggest you attach to the dogs harness (not the collar) for safety, a cushioned removable insert that can be thrown in the wash, side mesh panels, one side Dutch window that can be zipped up for camouflage, firm bottom panel for most of the bag so the dog won't "sag", an inside zippered or magnetic snap pocket and all the bags have at least one other outer pocket but depending on the style they may have two.
